Chalet 36 - Standard Plus

Situated near to the look out in a lovely quiet area of the park, Chalet 36 has sea views from the front decking and has been modernised with both a new bathroom downstairs and a shower room upstairs. It sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

Chalet 36 is a newly decorated chalet which has been painted in white making it clean and bright.  It has modern furniture, lamps and soft furnishings.

 

It has side sea views from the front. There is a table and chairs for outside dining and garden chairs to use on the front decking. There are no other chalets at the rear and glimpses of the sea can be seen from the upstairs bedroom.

 

The chalet benefits from having two bathrooms which were completely refurbished in 2016. There is a pressurised water cylinder installed giving a power shower upstairs and fast filling bath and hand shower downstairs.

 

The bathroom downstairs has a bath with hand shower and waterfall taps, basin and toilet.

 

The upstairs shower room next to the double bedroom has a fully tiled shower cubicle, a counter top basin on a vanity unit with drawers and toilet.

 

It sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms. There is a bedroom upstairs with a double bed. A bedroom downstairs with twin beds and another bedroom downstairs with bunk beds.  There is ample storage space in the mezzanine area upstairs.

 

The kitchen has modern white units, integrated oven, hob and extractor.

 

For 2018 an under-counter fridge with separate freezer above has been installed.

 

There is a wooden stair gate stored at the bottom of the stairs which can be slotted in and the same stair gate can also be slotted in at the top of the stairs.

 

There is also a small barbecue stand outside which is suitable to use with disposable picnic barbecues.

 

ELECTRICITY is by a meter fed by £1 and £2 coins, so bring a supply with you.

 

Linen is inclusive, but you must bring your own towels.

 

NO PETS are allowed on the site - except for guide dogs.

 

NO SMOKING is permitted in the chalets due to the fire risk and insurance regulations.
