Kingsdown Holiday Homes is an Owners site, offering seaside holidays in Deal, Kent - in Chalet and Lodges at Kingsdown park directly from the owners. It is situated on the coast and beach between Deal and Dover with fantastic sea views.

Chalet 118 has fabulous views out to sea from the top of the park with decking and woodland to the rear with its own BBQ and decking. Completely refurbished in a contemporary style, it sleeps up to 7 with an extra toilet upstairs, has inclusive Electricity, FREE WIFI and is very close to the top parking area. Linen is available to rent for this Chalet.

Chalet 118 - Premier

Chalet 118 is at the top of the park, handily very close to the car park and a grassy games area which is inviting for both children and adults.

The front catches the morning sun, while the back decking catches the sun through the trees.

 

This 3 bedroomed chalet sleeps 6 people, and a 7th person can also be accommodated in a single foldout bed in the gallery area upstairs.

 

Entering from the front the main room is a lounge diner with sofas, TV, large table and chairs, and this leads directly into the kitchen area. The kitchen area has a fridge, an oven/grill, toaster, microwave and washing machine as well as an extensive range of cooking equipment (baking is possible!).

 

From the kitchen area you enter the downstairs double bedroom with bedside cabinet and lamp. There is a door from this room out onto the back decking.

 

From the right hand side of the living area you enter a corridor with the shower room on the left, and straight ahead the bunk bed room, with wooden bunk beds which also leads onto the rear decking.

 

The downstairs bathroom contains a spacious shower, washbasin and WC.

 

Upstairs: a steep staircase leads to a galleried sitting area and a twin bedroom. Please bring your own stairgate if needed.

 

Upstairs there is a useful extra toilet with handbasin for those night calls!

 

Electric heaters are provided in all rooms and each bedroom has a hanging rail with hangers.

 

Outside there is front decking, with some garden chairs, which gets the morning sun and has views over the park to the sea, whilst the rear decking offers a lovely secluded private setting, backing onto woodland with its own brick built charcoal BBQ, garden furniture and a picnic bench

 

Please bring your own TOWELS for swimming and showering

 

You will also need to bring your own BED LINEN (unless you have ordered & paid for linen)

 

Bed Linen is available to hire as an option on the booking form.

 

ELECTRICITY is included in the total price.

 

There is now FREE INTERNET ACCESS via WIFI.

 

NO PETS are allowed on the Holiday Park site - except for guide dogs.

 

NO SMOKING is permitted in the chalets due to the fire risk and insurance regulations.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The upper bunk bed has a maximum weight limit of 12 stone (76 kg).
