Kingsdown Holiday Homes is an Owners site, offering seaside holidays in Deal, Kent - in Chalet and Lodges at Kingsdown park directly from the owners. It is situated on the coast and beach between Deal and Dover with fantastic sea views.

Our chalets offer a host of comforts and features in modern and comfortable surroundings. All chalets have a kitchen and shower or bathroom, and most sleep up to 6 - with Chalet 11, 17, 31, 118 & 145 sleeping up to 7 people using a fourth bedroom, spare mattress, sofa bed, camp bed and air bed respectively.
Chalets 1b, 84 & 133 all sleep up to 8, using sofa beds for 1b, a fourth bedroom for 84 and an extra double bed and camp bed for 133 - perfect for larger groups or families. High Chairs and Cots are provided free of charge in most chalets where listed.
Kingsdown has a wonderful seafront cycle route to Deal and beyond. You are welcome to bring your bikes and there are also links to local cycle hire shops on our 'Experience the Area' page. This page also has links to all the main tourist sites in the area, with great ideas and attractions to make it a holiday to remember. There are also recommendations for food and drink in the area.
Booking your holiday at Kingsdown is easy. Choose your preferred accommodation, check the availability calendar, click on your start date, then choose the length and price of your holiday from the drop down box. Click Book, fill in the form, then press Send. Payment details will be emailed directly back to you. Don't forget to read the Essential Booking Information and Terms and Conditions, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Our Chalets are now categorised as PREMIER, STANDARD or ECONOMY to suit all budgets.
Economy are 10% cheaper than Standard and Premier are 10% more expensive.
Returning guests benefit from a 5% discount on all participating chalets, simply use the supplied discount code when booking your next stay.
There is a £50 reduction for all two and three week bookings.
Our flagship chalet is Chalet 17, with its Sea Views and beautiful heated decking area to the rear. Relax in style as you take in the sights and sounds of the English Channel through the trees just metres away with France in the distance. This three bedroomed chalet sleeps 6+ and boasts a living / dining room with leather sofas, 32 inch tv/dvd & Free Wifi.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Kingsdown Holiday Homes cannot guarantee that the site facilities, including the swimming pool, bar and restaurant, will always be open, as they are run by the Park management company and are totally outside our control.
They are more likely to be closed in the low season. The bar / restaurant may only be open at the weekends or when there is high demand, i.e. occupancy.
NO PETS are allowed on the site - except for guide & mobility dogs. A harness and paperwork is necessary.

Premier properties are very recently fully modernised with two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs, mostly with all mod cons, sea views and double glazing. These are the most popular chalets on our website with the best decor and feel good factor for your holiday.
Standard properties are mostly converted upstairs with two bedrooms, plus a bedroom downstairs and several have double glazing. Tidy, comfortable decor and surroundings.
Economy properties are mainly in their original layouts with one open bedroom upstairs, plus two bedrooms downstairs. They have traditional chalet wooden coloured interior walls and functional furniture. Comfortable and good value for money they are ideal for longer lets.
