This ground floor apartment has two sets of patio doors leading onto the patio / BBQ area into the landscaped garden which gets the sun all day. Sunbathe in private or use the beautifully finished communal sunbathing area with pool, jacuzzi, bar and sun beds just round the corner. If you prefer the sea, the local beach is just a few minutes by car, with a mini harbour also nearby. The bay is perfect for swimming overlooked by a picturesque church.

Kapparis is located in the south-eastern tip of Cyprus - only minutes from the sea. Kapparis is the very nearest area with shops and restaurants and is on the way to the beach. Paralimni is a few minutes drive away with its lively square, cafe's and many shops. Protaras is a lively resort ten minutes drive away with many hotels, restaurants, bars and beaches.

 

Ayia Napa is a twenty minute drive away with its bustling nightlife, harbour, restaurants and bars. There is a bus service and you can take a taxi back if you wish to stay out until the small hours.

 

The two nearby beaches both have lovely bays, one with a small harbour an miniature church at on end, and the other has sun beds for hire with fantastic safe swimming in the clear water on lovely soft sand. The bathing is safe and the beach is lovely and sandy.

 

Larnaca airport is about 35 minutes drive from the apartment. Car hire is recommended, easy to arrange and not costly.

 

The apartment is air-conditioned throughout. The living/dining area has leather covered chairs and an extending dining table, with a flat screen 32" digital TV/DVD player with satellite TV for English news, movie and cartoon channels. There is a very solid and comfortable sofa bed, suitable for two adults. Large patio doors lead off the living room to the very private spacious patio area, part of which is recessed for shade.

 

Bedroom one has a wooden king size bed, flanked by two bedside cabinets with lamps. There are wardrobes, a safe to secure your personal belongings in, and patio doors leading to the patio and garden area.

The family bathroom has bath, shower, toilet and basin with shaver socket. It is fully tiled in a tasteful shade, with a lovely border.

 

The new kitchen area includes a large family size fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, sink and surface areas. All utensils are provided. There is also an ironing board, iron and a clothes dryer and a utility room.

 

The garden is L shaped and perfect for sunbathing, you can find the sun ALL day long or seek the shade in the recessed part of the patio.

 

Large patio doors lead off the living room to the very private spacious patio area. There is garden furniture and a landscaped garden area with plants. The area is walled with fencing on the top giving maximum privacy, whilst retaining maximum exposure to the sun. The side Patio has a lovely view of the sea.

 

The shared pool area has free sun beds and umbrellas with a private bar/snack area for you to relax and enjoy. The covered car park is underneath and can bring you directly to the pool area or round to the apartment entrance.

 

Cot and high chair can be made available on request.

 

The apartment is particularly suited to children because of the fact that it is on the ground floor and is close to the pool whilst being quiet and private.

 

All rooms have black out blinds for coolness and a good night's sleep.
